The Invisible textiles were ordered from indigenous women that sell and make their weaving crafts in the streets. The pieces have the same patterns and designs from the textiles these women make and sell but with the difference that we asked them to integrate famous band-names like Metallica and Kiss in them. Here you can see three out of six textiles.
These specific traditional textiles are what tourists commonly bring back from Mexico as souvenirs from their trip. The people selling them are often described as a picturesque-exotic element to view as you walk around streets and markets.
