”Visual Work and Airtime” is the title of the installation I did for my master-exhibition in January 2006. “Visual Work” is a series of five hand-woven tapestries on display in the installation. The title "Visual Work" refers to the tapestries as being visual works of art but also to the actual work/time spent on making the tapestries being visual. Here work is a concept and and the choice of material is what makes it visible.

“Airtime” is a video about how to cut down a tree. I’m acting in the role of the amateur, trying to take in the information I need to cut down the tree. At the same time I’m trying to be the professional artist, directing my team who discuss if they are in the picture-frame and where they should stand to be out of danger from the tree that soon are about to fall.
